Joel is the sixth bestselling recording artist of all time and the third bestselling solo artist. The 73-year-old has received six Grammy Awards, including the prestigious Grammy Legend Award.

His biggest hits include “Uptown Girl,” “Just The Way You Are,” “The Longest Time” and “Vienna.” The Library of Congress selected “Piano Man” for preservation in the National Recording Registry for its “cultural, historic, and artistic significance” in 2016.

Nicks, 74, is the first woman to have been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice and has collectively sold more than 140 million albums.

The multiplatinum, Grammy Award-winning solo artist has been a member of Fleetwood Mac since 1974.

Joel will continue his Madison Square Garden residency in New York City over the next few months. He is also scheduled to perform through July in Atlanta, New Zealand and Australia, Florida and London.

Nicks has two remaining dates on her fall tour. She’s at The Woodlands on Wednesday and in her hometown of Phoenix on Saturday. Those dates were rescheduled from October.

On Instagram, the two artists, who have not performed together before, shared the news.

“Excited to hit the road with the amazing @billyjoel in 2023,” Nicks wrote.

CORRECTION, 10 a.m., Nov. 3, 2022: An earlier version of this story misstated the date tickets for the concert go on sale. It is Nov. 11, not Nov. 10.
